Create Thread Pool for MQTT connections

Using Java, we have to connect to MQTT servers and persist these connections in one thread pool. So this will help us to get active connections, rather than connecting again and again. We also have write Fall back mechanism where if any of the active connection is failed, they should be some functionality to reconnect it.
