Create Java base64 converter for WorldPay TriPos Cloud Signature PointsLittleEndian Return

TriPos cloud from WorldPay/Vantiv returns a signature field to our POS system. I have attached that data and an image of the return from Vantiv. We need to be able to call a java class that will convert the data submitted to it in base64 image format.
