Create Imagej plugin

A plug-in has to be created for ImageJ java, A section of an opened grayscale image as large as a pixel is the projection of a 3D surfacegenerated in a new RGB color image.The coordinates of the grid points of the area to be displayed form the relative x and relative y-coordinate of the pixel in the selected section together with the brightness of the Grayscale pixel as the third coordinate of the 3D area. They are homogeneous
