Create a Cloud Gaming platform

I want a Cloud Gaming platform like a pc host and Android web client.
Example: Playing pc games on my android device through a Android application with physical and virtual screen controller.

I want customize application that's why i will provide a demo application.

(For easier your work and no need to hire more experts)
Also I will provide some sources:-
1. Backend cloud server.
2. Android client sample source code how video and audio with control work (Available in Java, c++, c#, c)
3. Backend web server source code for HTTP AND HTTPS get post request handling like a websocket (Available in c++, boost.asio)
4. Pc host Source code (Available in c++)

Now your work: (Customize source codes)Create a platform which type i want i will provide you a demo live project same matching project i want.

Final product i want:-
1. Android web client apk.
2. Pc host in GUI.
3. And working like as I'm expect.
