Cosmosdb/scala

Looking for a developer with experience in Cosmosdb and Scala to help me with my data analysis project. The goal of the project is to perform both real-time and batch processing of data. I have specific requirements for data visualization, and prefer to use charts and graphs. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
