Convert a manual lottery system to automation with algorithms

I would like someone to convert a manual lottery pick 3 and pick 4 lottery system using patterns (nonlinear) from data (drawings) and using creative algorithms to predict numbers to play from the patterns. Please read the text document (MR Z) first before looking at the spreadsheet and MS word document. I want the program automated.
