Convert Java JAR to Windows EXE (No JRE Dependency) Using Launch4j -- 2

Description:
We are looking for a freelancer with experience in Java and Launch4j to help us convert a Java-based JAR file into a standalone Windows executable (.exe). The EXE should run without requiring a JRE installation on the user's machine.

The goal is to bundle the JRE within the EXE using Launch4j, so that the final output is a self-contained, user-friendly executable.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Java and JAR packaging

Experience using Launch4j for EXE conversion

Ability to bundle a JRE or configure Launch4j for a JRE-less experience

Test and verify the final EXE works on Windows machines without Java installed

Clear documentation of the setup or configuration used

Deliverables:

A fully functional .exe file converted from our provided .jar

Any associated files or configuration used (Launch4j config, bundled JRE if applicable)

Instructions for repeating the build process, if needed
