Convert Android App to React Native Library -- 2

I'm looking for a skilled developer who can convert my Android Utility/Tools app into a React Native library.we will import and it use it like an npm private module

Key requirements:
- The app primarily focuses on data processing,
-doesnt have any ui
-need to provide enable disable function with token data passing

we will need to repackage the android app so anyone who has done this previosuly will be prefferred

Ideal skills include:
- Extensive knowledge in React Native and Android app development.
