Connecting HTML page with Java as backend.

I have designed front-end HTML page (See the attachment). Currently it has only random data. I have used to java as to fetch the data which I am getting from system calls.

The task is -

To connect the java to my HTML page as backend.
To fetch the data from the java code and to provide the data to charts(CanvasJS dynamic charts).
