Comprehensive Legacy App Overhaul and Migration

I am looking for an expert to help me modernize and enhance my legacy Java application. This includes migrating the backend to Node.js, converting the existing frontend to ReactJS, and transitioning the database from Oracle DB to PostgreSQL. The final step will be deploying the application from a traditional VM to AWS, with Jenkins and Veracode integration, along with functional testing.
