Compliance Management System Development

We are building the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of a Compliance Management System for internal and enterprise use. The system should be a web-based application developed using the following tech stack:

Backend: Spring Boot (Java)

Frontend: React.js

Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL

? Project Scope (Phase 1 / MVP):
We require the development, testing, and initial deployment of the following modules:

Dashboard – Overview of compliance activities and statuses

Compliances Module – Add, assign, track compliances

Risk Register – Add risks, assign likelihood and impact

Audit Module – Internal/external audit management

Process Asset Library – Central repository for documents

Security Incident Log – Record and track security incidents

Master Creation (for digital inventory, applications, compliance items)

User & Permission Management – Admins can assign users, roles, and access to specific modules and applications

System Admin Panel – To manage company onboarding and user access

? Authentication:
Basic email/password login

Role-based access (Admin, User, Auditor, etc.)

Company-wise user separation (multi-tenant design via isolated deployment per client)

? Requirements:
Frontend and backend code
API documentation

UAT-ready deployment in 2.5 months

Developer must use Git version control and share code updates regularly
