I am looking for a skilled Java developer to complete our video capture program. Our current software is written in C#, but our new Java program is already 95% complete. I need someone to make a few tweaks and add payment/subscription functionality.

Specific tweaks needed:
- Performance improvements to ensure the program runs smoothly
- User interface enhancements to improve the overall user experience

Payment/subscription functionality required:
- Both one time payments and recurring subscriptions for users to access the program

Integration for payment functionality:
