College website

Hi, i want to build a college website with all functionality of a college. Admin login, student login to view timetable and course fees. I need this developed in java.
I need erd of the website and UCD.
Teachers login portal is needed to view their classss and take registration. Student portal is needed. Admin can add studentds and teachers, delete students.
Teachers add timetables for the students
