Cloud Simulation in Cloud Computing -- 3

I am looking for someone to conduct an intermediate-level cloud simulation in cloud computing. The purpose of the simulation is to conduct research and will be focused on the cloud computing platform that the contractor feels most comfortable with. The simulation must be intermediate in complexity and be comprehensive enough satisfy the goals of the research. The contractor must have experience working with cloud computing platforms and have knowledge of the various features they offer. The successful candidate will have the experience and knowledge necessary to develop a successful simulation in order to meet the research goals.
