Chinese Smartwatch Java Programmer Required

I'm seeking a proficient Java programmer to install a specific program in my Chinese smartwatch. This watch comes with ble and contains only 20 pins, it's not of the Nordic variety. The primary functionality I desire with the installed program includes:
- Notifications Handling
- Command Sending to esp32
The command functionality should allow device control from the smartwatch to the ESP32. Code efficiency and accuracy are vital for this job. An ideal candidate should demonstrate proven experience in programming smart devices and a solid understanding of Java and IoT functionalities. Knowledge on handling BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) is also a plus.
