AI Chatbot Developer for Arizona Hospital

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to create a Chatbot for our hospital through IBM Watson or another service that will be able to integrate for voice conversation. The Chatbot will be integrated into our medical facility's EMR(KIPU) to extract information about available admissions slots, clinics, and the pharmacies working days.

The Chatbot will be programmed to ask patients about their current health issue, verify insurance benefits, schedule transport at designated times and locations, and send the information to the designated admissions and transport person so the person can be picked up and admitted promptly. The Chatbot can also be integrated into user's device calendars to send reminders and updates about medical appointments or transport.

Responsibilities:

Develop and program an AI Chatbot using IBM Watson or other similar services
Integrate the Chatbot into the medical facility's EMR (KIPU) to extract relevant information
Train the Chatbot to collect patient data and verify insurance benefits
Program the Chatbot to schedule medical appointments and transport
Ensure the Chatbot is integrated into user's device calendars for reminders and updates
Create a second Chatbot in the future to provide insurance services and healthcare resources to patients and insurance plan members
Develop a Chatbot to provide mental health assistance and deliver cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for patients with depression, PTSD, anxiety, or train autistic patients to improve their social skills and job interview skills
Program the Chatbot to request prescription refills and submit a request to the patient's doctor
