Capture http requests and responses in Java using Chromium

I am looking for a Java developer who can capture http requests and responses using Chromium. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Windows operating system and Java 8. We would prefer to use the stable version of Chromium for this project. The main requirements are as follows:

- Develop a example Java program that can capture http requests and responses using Chromium
- Ensure compatibility with Windows operating system.
- Use Java 8 for programming

Skills and experience required for this project include:

- Proficiency in Java programming
- Knowledge of Chromium browser and its capabilities
- Familiarity with capturing http requests and responses
