CAR RENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The world has evolved into a place where there is a lot of technological advancement, where
everything that is done physically has become automated. People used to rent cars for personal
reasons, which was a system that existed in prior years. Many people's plans to travel or relocate
from one area to another for business purposes, tours, visits, or holidays necessitate the use of a
car, and for these reasons, car rental is extremely beneficial.
I am going to build a web-based system that will aid in the management of automobile rental
business transactions. My car rental system will retain detailed records of both the cars and the
customers, including the length of time they rent a car and the sort of vehicle they rent.
Customers are wasting time by having to call and wait for a vehicle. Cars that are difficult to rent
are usually advertised in local and national newspapers, which again involves human
interference in publicizing them with a lot of paperwork involved. All these problems are
focused in my project and will be solved to the best of my ability by converting the manual
process to the digitized form with guaranteed customer satisfaction.
As a result, every company requires the development of a centralized management information
system that can improve and enable information access from anywhere at any time which is my
focus and has interested me on the ways to achieve it
