Business Messaging via SMS & Whatsapp (International)

I'm looking to implement SMS and Whatsapp APIs in Java in order to automate business processes for International users (EU, US, CA, AUS). We should be able to specify the receiver number (with country code) along with the message.
The messages are transactional (no bulk messaging).
Key Requirements:
- Integrate SMS and Whatsapp APIs from any cost-effective gateway into Java code.
- Ensure the ability to send messages via SMS and Whatsapp to receiver numbers.
- Create a reliable solution and demonstrate it working on numbers in given countries.
