Building a SpringBoot Microservice

I have a monolith project and I need to break a module and construct it as a microservice. If you are familiar with java, Springboot, AngularJs, Angular2, Mybatis, Informix Db, RestfulAPI then only place a bid for it. Serious inquires only. I need a support for a long time to be able to help finish the project and work two to three hours daily five to six days a week. Its a ongoing project therefore a good candidate will get this job.
