Build me website with java spring

I found old CMS that was created based Java Spring framework and Thymeleaf. I want to use this open source cost-free CMS for my project. But code is old and have many error when it runnig in STS4. I want that you help me upgrade and solve code eror and run yhis CMS with new library of Spring. I have only my self money so i can pay you about 30 $.
