Build me web3j project using Spring boot

hello, web3j experts.
I am going to make spring boot project that listen crypto transfer event from binance smart chain network.
Once it got event and to address, it will search from pre-defined addresses list.
If there is a match one, it must check that transaction is confirmed or not.
Simply speaking, it works as crypto payment gateway I think.
