Build a web based tool

Need someone with knowledge of SQL, .NET, Python, Java to develop this web based tool. There are screens where use will input the data in term of number, need to perform calculation at back end, and display results. Also, there are screen in where user will enter instrument specification related entry and reports to be printed by collecting the entered data.
