Build me a web application

I am a book store owner and I want to publish my book store online. I want an application on which there should be login and registration process for security purposes. It should show books with prices and genres. Customer should be able to search books by name, price and genre. It should be able to check whether the pincode/zipcode entered by customer is deliverable or not. No payment gateway is required as we are only going to accept COD orders. You have to make both server and basic UI.
