Build a video recorder for web

I like to have a web based, video recorder like usebubbles.com has, which will have:

- Recorded video or audio will be stored in AWS
- Webcam recording
- Screen recording
- Webcam + screen recording (webcam always on top)
- Audio only recording
- Chrome, Edge, Safari compatible

I will put this recorder to my personal website and I donot want users to download any extension to make recording.
