Build a tool to compare many PDF to PDF with some ignored text in the pdf

Hi there,

I need a JAVA tool build me a to compare many Base PDF to New PDF (1 to 1) with some ignored text in the pdf

I have attached the presentation slide the fields that needs to be ignored and rest of the content needs to be compared.
