Build me an spring boot web application in java with use of jsp and crud repository

I want an web application which is made in java as a spring boot application also with jsp which uses jpa repository operations.. it is very basic working web application very basic funtions. Even i made this app but it isn't working at some points.. so i wanted a guy who can solve my errors my problems and explain how to make this app.
