Build extension for Keycloak

A user authenticates as normal to Keycloak as a result of an SSO request. If the user is a member of an impersonation group, then once authentication completes successfully, the user is presented with a selection screen comprising of their own identity (name) plus the names of the other members of the impersonation group. The authenticated user can then select which identity to proceed forward with.
