Build customized photobooth software - Freelancer should have Canon DSLR camera (it's a must)

We would like to build customized photobooth working through QR code where, it scan QR code and from local excel file that will be shared before event, will get name and email from that QR code

Software will display customized message like Hello John welcome to event and then software will capture image though DSLR camera (canon) and then automatically send that capture image to an email based on excel sheet
