Build me a bot that collect soccer stats

Every X day it should fetch data from one page (one table in this page).
Then it should go on and fetch data from other pages depending on result from the first fetch (from 2 tables where 1 of the tables have 6 tabs. The bot should fetch data from all these 6 tabs.)
When this data has been fetched it should also fetch player info (name, picture, personal information) if this hasn´t already been done.

All information that are collected is from one website fb ref.

All the information should be saved to a database.

I also need to be able to add or remove pages for which it should fetch data.
I would preferbly have this made in NodeJS or Java since it is the language I know best.
