Build a bank teller in Apache Netbeans

I need to do a Bank Teller app in Netbeans, I've done the prototype and only need to write the code behind to to the app work. It can have slightly modifications if needed. We can agree on that. The work has to be done by next Friday 26 of November.
In the document attached I show what I have done at the moment. I can share the zip project.
