Build me a back-end and front-end

Hi, I'm looking for a Web Developer. I would like to place the back-end code into the servlet where all processes that will undergo on it and display the data on the interface which I have been developed [Need to Fix]. I've just developed front-end only but not complete also and need to remove all PHP language. Need to replace PHP with Java Language. I've prepared a draft for further reference.
