Build me a app for Whisky tasting experience -- 2

I am an individual not a corporation. I love whisky. I need a app to be build to for android and ios. I want to have it developed both as a native app. The app should be the Facebook for Whiskey connoisseurs. The app should be built similar to the app Untappd, the app for beer connoisseurs. It has to be multi-lingual, so you pick whatever language you prefer. The app gives you the possibility to rate the Whiskey you where drinking on a scale from 1-5. add a picture of the bottle and or the glass. add a comment on the drink. it should have a database where you can pick the whiskey by name or by barcode on the bottle. It also has a data base of the distilleries the whisky is coming from, worldwide. So keep in mind you also have to develop the backend (server) for the data base.
