Build Windows server [swordieMS] game + mods -- 2

Need help from someone that can build a private SwordieMS server for a game similar to what is provided here but could not get it working:

Modifications required:

1. Show how to modify drop rate and meso rate
2. In-game currency including NX dropped from mobs and item damages etc.
3. Allow shops in "Free Market" to sell late game items all in the currency mesos.

Should have some experience on how the games works.

Game should work normally like swordie server online. Rotating SSB as well. More details in Chat.
Can be stuck onto VM and connected to from same computer or other players online [optional not priority].

Teamviewer maybe used.
