Build WAR from source to deploy on Tomcat

I'm looking for a freelancer with experience creating a web application .WAR file from source code and deploying it on Tomcat. I have the source code available, and need the project completed ASAP. I am not specifying a version of Tomcat for this project as I would like to leave it up to the freelancer's expertise to decide. I am looking for someone reliable who can deliver high-quality results and also provide prompt support or advise in case of unexpected issues.
