Build an USSD protocol on TCP connection

We require a TCP client preferably written in JAVA that could communicate with Server as per documentation provided.

1. Makes a connection with TCP server as per documentation provided.
2. Does Handshake.
3. Receives message and puts it in Amazon SQS Queue in readable String format
4. Reads response from Amazon SQS queue and Sends it to the TCP Server
5. Reconnects in case of the disconnections/TimeOut
