Build a Powerpoint bar chart in Kotlin or Java using Apache POI -- 2

The developer will build a specific Powerpoint bar chart (2D column chart) with Apache POI XSLF using Kotlin or Java.

We will provide you with a Powerpoint slide which includes the specific chart and will ask that you deliver the code for.

The assignment is to deliver the code which produces that same chart. The format of the output file must be a pptx which can be opened in MS PowerPoint. The chart must be a native pptx chart (and not an image) and it should use native pptx layout features for placement, size, color and other properties.

Other requirements
* Programming language must be Kotlin or Java
* Apache POI XSLF library must be used
* The bar chart must look exactly as it does in the accompanied PowerPoint slide, which includes items such as
(A) colors of the chart columns, labels etc, (B) size of chart itself and size of columns, (C) placement of the chart on the slide, placement of the columns, placement of labels
* The bar chart must be built so that it will support additional series while keeping the overall chart the same size, i.e. the example includes 3 series (Current, Forecast, Target), and the implementation should support addition of a 4th series or reduction to 2 series.
* The bar chart must be built so that it will support additional categories (rows).

The format of the output file must be a pptx which can be opened in MS PowerPoint.

Please note that we are looking for a developer who has done PowerPoint bar chart generation using Apache POI before. If you do not have this experience, do not apply to this project.

Milestones
* The project will have two milestones which are the default milestones of initiation and completion. At start the first milestone payment of 20% will be paid and upon completion the remaining 80% will be paid.

* Please only apply if you have done PowerPoint generation using Apache POI before and have requirements to generate native PowerPoint bar charts using POI.
