Build me a Framework

Build Automation Framework with Java and Selenium. Mostly looking for Keyword Data Driven Framework for UI Automation and Backend database validation using SQL queries. Preferred Chrome browser but in future it should be support multiple browser. Summary reports should include total execution time, environment, passed, failed and skipped test cases with screenshot feature
