Build a FLUTTER desktop app

Hello,
I am looking for a developer who is competent in FLUTTER and has experience in exam/test proctoring.
You will be required to create modules that check for different kinds of cheating attempts whilst taking an exam remotely.
There are many different modules that will need to be developed so ongoing work is a possibility.
Modules such as eye movement tracking as an example (which will be the first module to be developed.
You will work remotely and individually on your modules which will be intergrated into our solution by our developers.
Experience with Java and GRPC is a plus.
