Build and Explain Java and Springboot easy project

Hi, I need to do a Small web project in Java Springboot and Redis or MongoDB. Student id, name, surname, phone, and email save from the form saved in the database and displayed in the navigator the records. I want to know how everything is connected. I am happy to start working with someone later to develop and learn more about the web project.
