I am looking for a freelancer to build an Erlang emoji server for me. I want the server to have limited features, but it should be able to handle custom emojis and short codes.

- Only custom emojis and short codes

Implementation:
- Not sure how to implement and use the emoji server, so I need recommendations
- It could be either a stand-alone platform or an integration to an existing platform
