Build An Enterprise Accounting App Using GoLang

Hello,
I have an already existing enterprise accounting app. Has about 300 forms, currently designed with VB.NET and now we want to rewrite the entire application in GoLang for the following reasons :
1) We want to be able to have an application app that can be deployed to bigger clients who have up to 1,000 branches and more than 50 Million customers.
2) We want to have an application that can query millions of data super fast within a second or two
3) We want a technology for the future and that can thrive where Java struggles
4) We want a faster and swifter application that is at least 10X what it is currently.
Golang was suggested and we are looking to build our application using GoLang. We need an expert for this.
