Build a Discord bot and setup server

I am looking for someone to help set up a discord server and create a custom bot for the purpose of matching users into groups for video conferencing purposes. A full project brief can be shared upon initial interest. Additionally, discord is only the current best choice, if a better option can be identified to host the project it would definitely be considered.

Although the initial project will be limited in scope, the core intention is that it will serve as the testbed for a larger future project. I would like to use it to validate key concepts and gather data to further refine my idea.

I personally do not have a software background, but I do work in product development and am intimately familiar with the design and development process. I will be the first to acknowledge that I will be leaning heavily on you for support in setting up project scope, creating architecture, and running the project. Because of my lack of expertise, all items in the project brief should serve as a starting point, and I am open to dissecting and discussing every point.
