Build Application Security Training Program Automated Project in Interactive Session

We need the development of the project like this below where the user would play with the application and he would find vulnerabilities in the application and we would provide recommendations to users. Like in the below application, how the attacker is doing web application attack and we are providing the recommendation:

Now the requirement is that we have available scripts where we need to redesign the UI from below Github Script:

From the above scripts, we need to design the UI and for some of the languages, we need to do the implementation.
