Blockchain project which also deals with sensitive data

I need a person who's an expert in Solidity and Spring boot and is capable of architecting a solution that deals with sensitive data. The application needs the transparency of blockchains, at the same time anonymity as well in certain parts. Some of the data like customer data, for example, need to be protected, which is where I think Spring Boot will come into play. The application is also a multi-tenant application, and the data gets stored on the chain whereas the public shouldn't be able to figure out which data belongs to which tenant. Implementation is to be done in a bit of a hurry. People who contact me with a proposed architecture for the system based on the details I've provided here will be given priority.
