Blockchain Developer/Architect Needed -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced blockchain developer/architect to help me build a new blockchain. This project requires a deep understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 technologies, as well as extensive knowledge of the Proof of Work (PoW) consensus mechanism, which I have chosen for this blockchain.

Key project requirements include:
- Design and development of a brand new blockchain.
- Implementation of PoW as the consensus mechanism.
- Incorporating token creation capabilities into the blockchain.

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in building blockchains, particularly using Layer 1 and Layer 2 technologies.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with the Proof of Work (PoW) consensus mechanism.
- Strong skills in implementing token creation functionalities within a blockchain.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
