BitcoinJ API implementation in java

I want an implementation of the BitcoinJ API in java, it is not necessary a graphical interface, I only need 3 methods that can be called and that do the indicated task, more information in the attachment.

BitcoinJ library must be added via maven.

Before making a proposal read the annex, possibly the most economical proposal will win.
