Billing and finance - Fullstack developer

I am looking for someone who can support on daily basis project in health care insurance company, see below requirements.

Person we are looking for should have 3+ years experience in

-Facets claim application
-Sql database /queries / table validation
-Jira - work on tasks and stories
-Zephyr - load scenarios
- Ms office - excel and word create evidence
- Java/phyton automation. To automate the testing.
- infomatica - code review and code changes required
-Power center design.
- Data setup and data mining required in the project with high knowledge of health care industry with health care insurance terms.
