Bbd selenium-appium mobile web app framework

1. I need a selenium-appium java bbd framework with cucumber reporting.
2. Framework should test web browsers on both Android and iOS.
3. Framework should be able to test any web site.
4. Due to the nature of my work, www.google.com should be used as an example.
5. Framework should allow user to plug in any website.
6. Cucumber bbd framework with reporting.
7. Framework should have a reusable gestures class for scrolling and scroll to element for both Android and iOS
8. Framework should be able to run on Android and iOS emulators or real devices as well as browserstack. Will supply browserstack key and credentials
