Backend implementation

I am looking for a backend developer to implement my project using Java programming language. The preferred framework for the implementation is Spring Boot. The expected load on the backend system is low, with less than 1000 requests per day but it should scalable so that it can handle 10000 requests per minute in future.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience with Spring Boot framework
- Ability to optimize backend system for low load
- Knowledge of backend development best practices
- Familiarity with database management and integration

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience with backend development
- Proven track record of delivering high quality backend systems
- Experience with low load optimization
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Requirements
- Email should trigger with confirmation of reciving request once user click on contact us.
- if user is uploading documents (pdf, Excel and images) in contact us template then it needs to be stored in S3 with only access to admin to these files.
- Open source/free ticketing system integration to support creation of ticket and related functionalities on click of contact us.
- WhatsApp business api integration to trigger updates click of contact us and update from ticketing system.
